The exhibition “Ernesto Deira. Identificaciones” presents a series of seven paintings from the Argentine artist Ernesto Deira that were shown in 1971, in Chile, and thought to be destroyed in times of the military dictatorship that began in 1973. Later, in 2003, the artworks were safeguarded at the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo (MAC) of the Universidad de Chile, and, finally, last April were returned to the country.
